Q弹拉丝的花生麻薯 Chewy Peanut Mochi

网购的食物料理机一到手就立刻开工做了这个花生糯米滋 / 花生麻薯。买不到生的花生,所以我用市售烤熟的花生,挺方便的,免了自己炒花生的工序。这次用一个比较Q弹的麻薯皮配方搭花生馅,吃起来跟在国内糕点摊位卖的花生糯米滋口感很相似,有家乡的味道。

传统的花生馅是花生和白糖,很好吃。但馅都是干性的,很松散,吃起来容易掉满地。我在馅里加了一点花生酱,好让它们有些粘性,味道也更好。

材料:
1)糯米粉 – 100g
2)澄面粉 – 15g
3)糖 – 25g
4)水 – 130g
5)食用油 – 10g
6)天然色粉 – 适量
7)糯米粉 – 2 tbsp (熟粉)
8)烤熟的花生 – 100g
9)糖 – 30g
10)花生酱 – 25g
