I finally received my test results back and the news wasn’t shocking based on how I was starting to feel. It has been easy to stick to the Whole30 diet partially because I don’t have as much of an appetite as I usually would have. Since my husband has already tested positive I have been able to join him in quarantine. At the moment I don’t care about Whole30, but I care enough to keep at it. There are only 10 days left and I may as well finish strong even in the midst of a setback.
