Pinoy EGG PIE Recipe
Egg Pie
A Filipino favorite sweet pastry with egg custard filling on a flaky & buttery pie crust.
✔️Crust
1 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour [192 grams]
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100 grams cold butter
4 tbsp ice cold water
1 egg yolk
✔️Filling
1 can evap milk (warm) [370 ml]
1 can condensed milk [300 ml]
4 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon/calamansi extract
1 egg white
Baking pan size: 10 inch
Baking time: 170C @ 45-55 mins or until brown top
