Hi YouTube family! I want to share this Pozole Verde recipe with you. This is for all my green salsa lovers! Once I made this Pozole Verde, My family has preferred it over the red even though they're both as good... This one just has a special tough to it. Enjoy!

Recipe:
3 lbs of mixto de pozole
4 bay leaves
half an onion
5-6 whole black peppers
4 garlic cloves (plus an addition 2 whole heads of garlic)
salt to taste

Green Sauce
8 chile pasilla
4 garlic cloves
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of green onion
3 large, fresh jalapeños
6 green tomatios
a pinch of whole cumin
2 tbsp chicken bullion
