Fundamentals of Progressive Overload || "TRAIN HARDER THAN LAST TIME!!!"

Progressive overload is kind of a big deal. In the simplest sense it can be boiled down to the mantra Greg Doucette has recently popularized: "TRAIN HARDER THAN LAST TIME!". But in practice there are a few more kinks that actually need to be ironed out to really nail down this concept and ultimately make the most optimal progress possible in the gym.
Today I give you guys the 3 most fundamental tips as they pertain to the concept of progressive overload in the weight room. These tips, which are applicable to no matter what stage of training you are in, are 3 of the most basic ways to ensure that you are "training harder than last time" and are able to continually coax those gains for years and years to come.
