Ingredients listed below:
10-12 slices of brioche bread
2 Granny Smith apples (diced)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbs cinnamon

•Custard
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbs vanilla

•Apple Filling (will make enough for 20-25 roll ups)
1 tbs butter
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1 tbs cinnamon
Splash of nutmeg
Splash of all spice (optional)
1/3 cup water and 1-2 tbs cornstarch (used as a thickening agent)

Serve with a side of syrup and garnish with caramel sauce, fresh fruit and powdered sugar!!!💋
