Today I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes look at my weekly WORKOUT routine - how I stay fit and am losing weight at 50 years old.
Killer Bs, at our age, doing too much exercise can lead to weight GAIN, rather than loss (download the free “Weight Loss over 50” eBook linked above to learn why!), so I’m super careful to keep each day at a moderate effort.
Remember that moderate for YOU is moderate - following the workouts I do might be too much or too little for you!
Some tips on how to exercise for weight loss:
😅 Do the things you LOVE (for me, that means running)
😅 Do a moderate amount of work every single day
😅 Balance your work by planning ahead, and
😅 Don’t just do what your Fitbit tells you
