✨THE WORKOUT: 18-Minute Full Body Barre Workout✨

► EQUIPMENT:
Beginner: Use just your bodyweight.
Advanced: Add a set of light dumbbells, wrist weights or hand weights. I recommend 3-8 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the barre workout above. This full body barre class is structured like this:
✔️ 6 Barre Moves
✔️ 60 Seconds Per Exercise (flowing from one move to the next in a natural sequence, completing around 10-12 reps per exercise)
✔️ Repeat x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ Narrow Squat + Bicep Curl + Front Leg Lift
2️⃣ Balance Wide Back Row + Rear Leg Lift
3️⃣ Lunge + Front Raise + Front Kick
4️⃣ First Position Squat + Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension
5️⃣ Weighted Plié + Toe Stand Jumps
6️⃣ Push Up + Balance Side Plank
