Pickling Beets in Apple Cider Vinegar - first time canning

This is a video I filmed a couple months back, and having had some of said beets today, they really did turn out great.

This is a really simple first time pickling recipe, especially for people like me who have no "canning" equipment and also no desire to spend s bunch of money on it.
