The Mars Generation: What's in that box? #PotatoChallenge

I have a pretty cool mom and once in a while she sends me a care package while I am studying at Wellesley College. The packages are full of all kinds of fun stuff. I received a box today and she did not disappoint. The box comes just hours before The Mars Generation community (including me) start a 24 hour mission to survive #Mars with only potatoes and water. Can you guess what she sent me?
