Subaru Outback 2005 - 2009 Shoulder Belt Sticking.
Over time, shoulder belts will accumulate oil and dirt. This can cause the shoulder belt to stick or jam and not fully retract. This is fixed by cleaning the belt. There are many good videos on this topic. This video was made specifically for the Subaru Outback, model years 2005 thru 2009.
