Radio Shack Pro-2004 Fuse Replacement and Transformer Repair

There is a fuse in the Radio Shack Pro-2004 Scanner. The fuse is located in the Main Power Transformer. This is a thermal fuse from Umi. The value is 250 volts, 1.5 amps, 115 degrees C. This video shows how to confirm the fuse is blown, how to remove and open the transformer and how to replace the fuse.
There is a service manual available with schematics at manualslib. The fuse does not appear on the schematics.
