After reading Dr. Michael Greger's How Not to Diet, I have been extremely successful in maintaining a 30-pound weight loss due to the information laid out in this book. I have been implementing the How Not to Diet strategies for the past two years and have had tremendous weight loss results. I would never follow something regarding my health that wasn't clearly backed by scientific evidence, which is exactly what I found in this text. My top 5 weight loss strategies from How Not to Diet are the following: 1. Adding specific herbs & spices to my meals, 2. completing implementation strategies in appropriate situations, 3. Optimizing my exercise timing by breaking my fast after I workout every day, 4. Front-loading my calories, 5. Time-restricting my eating between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. There are many other useful weight loss strategies in this book so I greatly recommend it to all who are trying to produce a lean healthy body long-term.
