The first step is, you need to open the view only PDF file on Dropbox, then make sure you stay on page 0. Then open up the Chrome developer tools. Then if this is your first time using the Chrome console, you may need to type in 'allow pasting' then press the enter key. This will allow you to copy and paste text into the Chrome developer console.
