Melodyne • #7 Vocals: Natural transitions
In this video, Rich shows the benefits of using transitions in Melodyne. He describes the three types of transitions (Pitch, Formant, and Amplitude). He then goes on to demonstrate how transitions can shape a performance by using demonstrations of all three types. Rich also shows how transitions can be used to maintain natural sounds while changing the melody. Next, he displays the power of Undo in the Melodyne Context Menu. Finally, Rich utilizes the Separate-As-Trills command and transitions to fine-tune vibrato in a vocal phrase.
