March Monthly Mead: Orange!

This is the March Monthly Mead and we will be doing another different one! This is going to be an orange mead. I don't have any idea how it's going to turn out but that's part of the fun. I won't be putting any oranges into the mead until it goes into the secondary stage.

The Primary stage ingredients are:

1 gallon of spring water
4 Pounds of Desert Creek Honey
1 Packet of Lavlin K1-V1116 Yeast
6.25 Grams of GoFerm Protect
1 Gram of FermaidK

Later in secondary:
2 Cups of Orange Juice
A few Oranges
