Goni (Rolly) and Atsani ( Siony ) West and East of the Philippines, Tropical Update

As the Philippines picks up in South East Luzon from Goni Vietnam now braces for the storm where it is expected to bring heavy rainfall and flooding. Meanwhile Atsani ( Siony ) is north east of Luzon, a uncertain long range forecast remains in place with this storm but from Taiwan to Northern Luzon there is a possibility of a direct impact. Meanwhile in the Atlantic a Eta has exploded in intensity.
