2024 Toyota Grand Highlander (Review) – ALL-NEW Toyota Highlander 2024 / New Highlander 2024

The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander is available in three grades and three powertrains: 2.4L turbo gas engine, 2.5L hybrid, and 362 horsepower Hybrid MAX. It has 362-horsepower, 400 pound feet of torque, and a 0 to 60 mph speed of 6.3 seconds. All three powertrains provide three Drive Modes and Multi-Terrain Select with three modes. The exterior design is both stylish and practical, with a trapezoidal, hammerhead front grille, and optional 20-inch wheels. The Hybrid MAX grade includes standard exposed twin exhaust tips. Exterior visibility has been addressed with a low hood line and big side glass windows.

The interior design of the Grand Highlander is sophisticated and roomy, featuring a soft-padded instrument panel, independent driver and passenger side armrests, Ultrasuede® and leather-trimmed seats, and bronze-colored details. The TNGA-K platform delivers confident handling and unexpected interior room, with a wider track and longer wheelbase than today's Highlander. The controls are centered on the 12.3-inch multimedia display, with a wireless charger, two USB ports, and three cup holders. Passengers in the second row get easy access to an air conditioning control panel, separate left and right USB connections, cup holders, and a smartphone storage slot. There are additional water bottle storage places in the door.

The Grand Highlander is equipped with Toyota's latest and greatest technology, including Traffic Jam Assist, Audio Multimedia system, Intelligent Assistant, Cloud Navigation, and Destination Assist. It also has an available JBL Premium Audio system with 11 speakers, Clari-Fi technology, heated steering wheel and power folding mirrors, heated and ventilated front and second row seats, 1,500-watt power outlets, and a hands-free power liftgate. Additionally, it has a support grip and a hand support area for use during ingress and egress.
