Pathologic 2 is... a game, or maybe it's a desperation simulator, I'm still mulling it over. Whatever it is, it was made by Russian Developers Ice Pick Lodge and is less of a sequel and more of a remake to the original Pathologic from 2005.

In this first episode of Pathologic 2 (yes, there will be more parts to this game later on) You play as the Haruspex as he returns to his home town just in time for a plague to set in and for everything to fall apart while some weird theater people take to the streets to make people feel generally uncomfortable.
