Astrophotography with an Entry Level DSLR (i.e. Nikon D3400)
NEW: follow me on instagram - https://www.instagram.com/realworldpicts/
After receiving many requests to shoot the stars (astrophotography) with entry level cameras, I add the topic to my to-do list. I recently took a trip to West Virginia and hiked to a great location to capture the view. I did not originally plan to photograph stars, but the skies cleared and I had my gear!:)
Astrophotography is a whole world within the photography space. I know some photographers who specialize in astrophotography, and they could speak for hours on the topic:). This video in intended to touch on basic considerations and demonstrate how entry level DSLRs like the Nikon D3400, D3300, Canon T6i, Sony a6000, etc. are capable of capturing the stars. Hopefully this video will motivate you to grab your camera and shoot for the stars!:)
