What I do in a day to get SHREDDED - Fit To Fat To Fit - 'Motivation'

0:47 Burn calories with a 1 hour morning walk on the treadmill
1:30 my girlfriend breaks her push ups record
2:18 breakfast
2:50 get ready
3:10 going to school
3:54 how my schoolsystem/hours work
5:06 lunch + snack
5:57 new snacks
6:57 workout
The Workout:
- Warm up (wrists/shoulders/full body) and getting the blood flowing by playing football,
- Training skills I want to improve for the first 30 minutes,
- Maximum repetitions; Pullups, Dips. 5 sets with enough rest (1,5 min+),
- 3 sets of your favorite abs exercise,
9:05 work, editing and stuff
9:43 foam rolling
10:00 IBIZA FITNESS RETREAT
11:34 eat. + i am hungry.

So how did this happen?
Not long after looking like this in the summer, I started gaining weight. a little faster than I wanted. But I just started to bulk. Eat a lot. Like a lot. And then the holidays kicked in..
I gained an insane amount of weight in a short amount of time. We're talking weeks.
I am going to ‘body transformation’ all over again, from fat to fit again. 90 days to the best physique I have ever had.
In the first 30: I’m going to Break myself.
Workout pretty heavy and intense. But calorie intake will be quite high. I want to lose around 2KG in the first 30 days.

Day 30-60: Hard Work.
Now I’ m lowering the calories and keep the workout pace the same. I want to hit the 80KG mark. Or close to it. Just going to work hard.

Day 60-90: The finishing touch.
Improve everything that needs to be improved!
And then, I should be there. Or not. We will see.
