30 Days of Gratitude Challenge

Even though gratitude should be expressed throughout the year, November is a good place to start.

Take the 30 Days of Gratitude Challenge. Send a handwritten appreciation note to 1 person per day for 30 consecutive days.

Let's take time to show gratitude and/or appreciation to 30 people that make or have made a difference in our lives.

In this instance, a text or email isn't sufficient. A heartfelt handwritten note is more appropriate.

Use the 30 Day Gratitude Journal to document your progress.

The day the letter was sent. Make a note - why I appreciate ____?
How did the letter make them feel? How did you feel after your conversation?

After 30 days of gratitude, what's the most important thing that you learned from the challenge? Are there areas of your life you want to improve? What's are the most significant things that happened during the challenge that you want to remember?
