Count Basie "Wind Machine" With Dynamic Big Band Style Drum Solo

Just like in the old days, I use to see all the great Big Bands like Buddy Rich, Count Basie, Woody Herman and Maynard Ferguson at these type of clubs. The people are close to the band and you can feel the power and get real time feedback from the crowd right away. This great arrangement of "Wind Machine" composed by Sammy Nestico for Count Basie is one swinging chart. Mr. Basie gave this chart to Buddy Rich and I saw his Big Band live at so many different clubs play this wonderful arrangement of Wind Machine. Thanks to my outstanding musicians and soloist, I get to drive the Big Band with my Slingerland drums. When it`s my turn to do my drum solo, I do it Big Band style like Buddy Rich, Sonny Payne, and Louie Bellson. I want it to be dynamic and exciting for the people who come to hear a live swinging Big Band. The sell out crowd and people all the way in the back of the club were cheering me on as I was playing my solo.
