A Scent "Post" Set that WILL CATCH!!!

Too many folks, especially new trappers, hear Scent Post set and think they need to use a literal stick. While that will work, it's a low percentage set compared to other options out there. We use this set all season but almost religiously during breeding season. It is a Scent Marking (Post) / Walkthrough Set. You can do away with the forward grass clump if you like, but we have found that including it increases our catch rate. If you don't want it to be as tall as it is in the video, simply use a smaller clump or take some snips and cut it down some. Hope this helps somebody out there. God gave us dominion over the critters. Therefore, be a faithful steward and hammer down! Tight chains!
