*500g Lotus Seed 干莲子
*1000ml Water 清水
300g Peanut Oil 花生油
300g Brown Sugar 褐糖

★ Filling 内馅 ★
500g Lotus Seed Paste 蓮蓉馅
2 Salted Egg 咸蛋黄

★ Skin Ingredients 糕皮食材 ★
400ml Hot Red Cabbage Water 热紫甘蓝水
250g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
15g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
15g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
20g Sugar 白糖
2 Tbsp Veg Oil 植物油

*120g Red Cabbage 紫甘蓝
*500ml Water 清水
