What I Eat in a Day - Balanced Lifestyle!
A full day of eating! Because you love to see me eat haha lol, no but this episode is a one with a some small changes here and there, hope you like it!

•BREAKFAST; - overnight oats
1 dl oats
1,5 dl almond milk (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon women’s best chia seeds
20g women’s best vegan vanilla protein
Mix and bake over night
Topping; banan, blueberries, cinnamon, walnuts
•SNACK ON THE GO;
1 Banana
•LUNCH; - Homemade chicken burgers & basil roasted potatoes
Make the Burgers;
750g Chicken mince
4-5 Garlics
Salt, pepper & garlic pepper
Fresh basil
1 teaspoon of mustard (just an extra add, not necessary)
Mix sweet potatoes & regular potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, basil, salt & pepper. Roast in the oven on 240degrees grill mode
•SNACK before gym; - Banana pancake
1 banana (half fr cooking, half for topping)
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
Mix all and top with blueberries, banana & stevia sweetener
•DINNER; Salmon, Bulgur & Sugar pea plate
1-2 salmon slices
Bulgur
Leek & Sugar peas
•SNACKS;
Saffron bun
Clementine’s
•NIGHT SNACK;

Almond milk
1 banan
Frozen Blueberries
1 scoop Vegan protein from women’s best
