One of the least made recipe at home but has the best health benefits. Mutton Blood is very rich in protein and its very essential for growing children. If you have not tried Ratha Poriyal before, you must try now to reap the health benefits. Please buy goat blood fresh in the morning and look for any fur in the blood while washing. Clean it well without breaking it. Please be careful while cooking as this will become difficult to digest, if over cooked.

Here is the recipe for for your convenience :-

Ingredients and its quantity:-

Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 tpsp
Chopped Garlic - 4 tbsp
Curry Leaf - 2 sprig
Chopped Onion - 3 no
Chopped Green Chilli - 2 no
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Goat Blood - 1 no ( of one goat )
Black Pepper Powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves - to garnish
