How to make ratha poriyal / Goat blood fry
INGREDIENTS:
Goat blood - 1 cup
Onion - 2 no.
Green chili - 5 no.
Ginger - 1/4 cup
Gingely oil - 5 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
cummin seeds - 1 tsp
curry leaves 1 bunch
salt to taste
Methods:
In a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard and cummin seeds.
Add onion, saute it until it get brown and Add curry leaves, green chili and mix well
Now add goat blood and mix well and allow to cook until the water and blood get mix well and get dry
Add grated coconut and mix well and allow to cook for 3 minutes and turn off the flame
Now ratha poriyal is ready
