130 Year Old Piano Rebuild - Part 17 - Removing Strings & Pins
In this part of my 1890 Ivers & Pond upright piano restoration project, I remove the strings from the piano as well as the tuning pins. The bass strings are saved and will be sent off to be duplicated. The trebel strings are discarded and will be replaced with new piano wire. The tuning pins are removed in preparation of removing the plate in the future.
