LEG & GLUTE WORKOUT - Build a strong, round booty and tone your thighs at home with this leg and glute workout with dumbbells.
There is 1 circuit that makes up this workout. Complete2
Sets of each exercise 45 secs work/15 Secs rest. Plus bonus Tabata leg finisher.
You'll need a bench or chair + a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a set of 5kg + 8kg + 10kg but you may want to use something heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
