In this episode of In The Kitchen With Matt, I will show you how to make cinnamon twists. This puff pastry cinnamon twist recipe is so easy to make using just 4 ingredients. All you need is your puff pastry, sugar, cinnamon, and butter! Use homemade puff pastry or storebought frozen puff pastry for these cinnamon twists, it is totally up to you. Drizzle them with melted chocolate and some powdered sugar too if you like. If I can do it, you can do it. Let's get baking!

Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry (homemade or frozen)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
1 to 2 tsp. of ground cinnamon (3 to 6g)
2 tbsp. butter (28g)

*NOTE: You won't use all of the cinnamon and sugar mix, probably only about a third of it. Save the rest for later, or just decrease the amount of cinnamon and sugar you use to begin with.

Tools:
Sheet pan or cookie sheet
Silicone mat or parchment paper
Rolling pin
Ruler
Pizza cutter or knife
Shaker for cinnamon and sugar or a spoon
