Ingredients:

Red Velvet Brownie:
3/4 cup of flour (90g)
1 cup of granulated sugar (200g)
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
1/8 tsp of salt (less then 1g)
1 stick or 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter (113g)
1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract (2. mL)
1 Tbs. of red food coloring - about (15mL) may need more
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp. white vinegar (2ml)

Cheesecake filling:
1 package of softened cream cheese, 8oz or 226g
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (2.5mL)
1 large egg yolk
3 Tbs. of white granulated sugar (38g)
