Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour (155g)
1 tsp. of salt (5g)
3/4 cup of cornmeal (not cornstarch) (120g)
1/4 cup of white granulated sugar (50g)
1 tsp. baking powder (4g)
2 eggs
3/4 cup of milk (whole milk, 2%, 1%, etc.) (180mL, 96g)
8 hot dogs
8 wooden skewers
oil (canola, vegetable, peanut) for frying
