Cultivating Deep Gratitude and Contentment | Guided Meditation

This guided meditation begins with the practice of contentment, which is simply not needing anything to be different in the moment. From this base of contentment we begin to cultivate gratitude, explore what we’re grateful for in different dimensions of life, and using our breath to deepen our experience.

This practice is a part of a larger project I'm calling Whole. It's intended to be a free comprehensive healing resource integrating meditation, mindfulness, and various fields of psychology and psychotherapy.
