2 Cups Smoked Pork Chops
3 Cups Long Grain White Rice
1 Onion
1 Cubanelle Pepper
3 Garlic Cloves
3 Cups Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Annatto Powder / Sazón Achiote
1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 tsp Dominican Orégano
2 ½ tbsp Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Cilantro
