Most people don't associate tight hamstrings with plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis but the hamstring muscle group is intimately related to the plantar fascia and achilles tendon. Stretching your hamstrings the right way can greatly ease the pain from plantar fasciitis and/or achilles tendinitis as well as shorten the course of plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis

Hamstring stretches can be a game changer for plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis. These hamstring stretching exercises are also great for low back pain, which I suffer with from time to time.
