1.It is totally normal and natural to feel anxious with this unfamiliar change. Signs of anxiety include feeling withdrawn, losing interest, loss of appetite and loss of sleep. Joy shares the following strategies to manage our anxieties:
- Having some "Me" time
- Allowing ourselves to slow down
- Awareness of our emotions
- Focus on what we can control
- Set a routine to have a sense of normalcy
- Writing Gratitude Journals (she shares specific steps on how to do this)
- Reframe scenarios
- Practice self-care
- Maintain a Thought Record

2. Limit your consumption of News and Social media. 15 mins of authentic information is enough. If you are feeling overwhelmed, pull out!

3. Your body is always listening to your mind. Tips on what to put in your mind, through your body!

4. Immune system is the key of great health. Dr. Saravanan shared fun and easy tips to boost your immune system with enjoyable, and simple tips available in every household. Sunshine, Vitamin D , Vitamin C, Chocolates and quinoa biryani and good sleep! He explains the science and magic behind each of this.

5. Perspire to be happy and blissful yourself. Vanan shares easy exercises with demonstration for everyone including beginners to kick start their happy hormones right at home without heading to the gym.

6. Tips on amount of water, vitamins and nutrients intake and easy science behind certain " Happy Foods". For example, we should take in 1 liter of water for every 20kgs of our weight a day. Also, try to fulfill our daily water intake quota before 7pm.

7. The 311 rule of Gratitude and your road to happiness by Setting up a routine, Little good things everyday.

8. Solutions to your worries come easy by using simple technique called "Thought record"l explained with simple examples.

9. Slow down and allow yourself and your loved ones to make mistakes. Allow the healing through practising gratitude and love. It's ok to seek help when and where we need it. A glass of honey and warm water is a perfect lullaby even for adults 🙂
