Wildlife Photography on location - Day 1 Safari in Botswana - Why I love my Nikon 300mm 2.8 VR II!

I thought I'd upload the first on location video from Botswana as well as the gear bag video - Linked at the end of this vid!

In this videos we are heading out on location in Chobe National Park, Botswana for my first land safari. I was super lucky on my first outing with some wonderful sightings (I wont spoil the video) for some great photographic opportunities! I'll talk though how I set up for working in a safari vehicle with some tips, as well as walking you though the images I was making in the field - and just why I LOVE my Nikon 300mm 2.8 VR II! I was lucky enough to be invited out to stay with Pangolin Safaris in order to do some shooting and scouting for some future projects (stay tuned if you enjoy the videos and fancy travelling with me in the next few years!)

In regards to full integrity I was given the chance to travel out to Botswana free as part of a scouting mission ahead of leading my own tours back here in the future!
