Portuguese Malasadas

How to make Portuguese Malasadas

As i mentioned, i will leave the recipe below...

Ingredients for Malasadas
8 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
1 1/4 cup of butter
6 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 lemon (just rind)
2 cups of milk

Ingredients for Yeast
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of yeast
1/2 cup warm water

ALSO... you need to set aside 2-3 cups of sugar to dip your fried malasadas in.
as well as Vegetable oil to fry the malasadas in.
