Breathe out calmly. * Feel that energy is coming into your body bringing the knowledge you want. *Concentrate on your breathing and perhaps the area of your third eye. *Enjoy!

Recorded with Isochronic Tones the track starts at 14hz and moves to 12.5hz at 4.20 minutes then at 6.12 minutes it moves to 7.83hz (Schumann Resonance) then to 4hz at 10 min till 16mins then drops to 0.5hz at 20 min till the end. There is an underlying base frequency of 432hz.
