प्रेग्नेंट कैसे बने?
Pregnancy केलिए फीमेल और मेल पार्टनर का नार्मल होना काफी महत्वपूर्ण होता है। किसी भी स्त्री को प्रेगनेंसी केलिए एक सामान्य गर्भाशय होने की जरुरत होती है उसके साथ ही उनके fallopian tubes नार्मल और खुले हुए होने चाहिए और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात उनके Egg की quality भी नार्मल होनी चाहिए।
साथ ही साथ पुरुषों केलिए sperm count , sperm function नार्मल होना बोहोत जरुरी है। यह सब जब नार्मल होता है और आप आपके प्रेगनेंसी के chances बढ़ाना चाहते है तो सबसे पहले patient को यह चीज़े करनी चाहिए :

1. Weightloss
अगर आपका वजन ज्यादा है तो आपको आपके अभी के वजन से 10% वजन काम करना है। इससे आपके sperm / egg quality बढ़ती है और implantation होने केलिए मदत होती है।

2. Avoid smoking and drinking

3. Healthy diet
अपने आहार में antioxidants से भरे खाने का इस्तमाल कीजिये जैसे हरी सब्जिया, फल इसके साथ ही साथ चवनप्राश ।

4. Sex during fertile window
यह सबसे महत्वपूर्ण चीज़ है प्रेग्नेंट होने केलिए। सामान्यतः जिन लोगोके regular period cycle रहते है उनका ovulation 13th - 15th दिन तक होता है। Fertile window में day 8 से लेके day 20 तक couple को every alternate day या हर रोज़ intercourse करना चाहिए क्योकि pregnant होने केलिए sperm concentration uterus में होना बहोत जरुरी है।

अगर यह ४ चीज़े आप ठीकसे करते है तो आपके प्रेग्नेंट होने की संभावनाएं जरूर बढ़ेगी। हर couple को pregnancy की संभावनाएं 6-8% रहते है पर यह सब करने के बाद pregnancy chances 8-12 % हो जाती है । यह आपकोकम से कम 6-8 महीने करना ही है |
