How to get pregnant ?
यह काफी आमतौर से पूछा जानेवाला प्रश्न है। तो आइये जानते है इस बारेमें। जब सम्बन्ध रखा जाता है तब penis , vagina में होता है और penis मेसे Seminal fluid , ejaculation के माध्यम से निकलता है और वह vagina में deposit होता है जिसमे 80-85 % semen बहार निकल जाता है। यह काफी नार्मल है।
जो sample अंदर रहता है उसमे करोडो sperms रहते है , और उन्हीमेंसे थोड़े sperm, uterus में चले जाते है और यहाँ जानेके बाद fallopian tube में चले जाते है। Vagina से Uterus के अंदर तक जानेकेलिए sperm लगभग 15 मिनट लगते है। तो अगर आपके मन में शंका आये के सेक्स के बाद आपको कितने देर तक लेटे रहना चाहिए तो इसका जवाब यही होगा की आपका 10 मिनट तक सोए रहना चाहिए। अगर संबंध के बाद तुरंत आप साफ़ करने जाए तो भी कोई दिख्खत नहीं है क्योकि काफी सारे स्पर्म , गर्भाशय के अंदर पोहोचे हुए होते है। Uterine contractions के कारण स्पेर्म ऊपर चले जाते है।

जो couple बच्चे केलिए try कर रहे होते है, खासकरके जो लोग fertile days में pregnancy की planning कर रहे होते है उन्हें १० मिनट तक लेटे रहना चाहिए। काफी बार लोग यह भी पूछते है की pregnant होने केलिए कोनसी पोजीशन सही होती है ? जिस position में आपका सबसे ज्यादा penetration होता है उसी का इस्तमाल करना है। अगर couple कोई भी महीने में प्रेगनेंसी केलिए try कर रहे है तो यह बात ध्यान में रखनी चाहिए की तक़रीबन 5-8 % couples को रहना अगर आपके सारे पैरामीटर्स नार्मल है।
