材料A:
1kg 白米,洗净,浸泡30分钟,沥干
1大汤匙油,半小匙蒜蓉
半小匙葱头仔茸,1大匙盐
材料B (擂茶汤料):
500g花生,炒香,去皮膜,100g白芝麻,炒香
200g薄荷叶,200g九层塔,50g芫荽
200g薯仔菜,适量茶叶,胡椒粒和苦粒心叶
材料C (擂茶菜):
600g 芥蓝,洗净,切小粒
600g 薯仔菜,洗净,切小粒
600g 大蒜,洗净,切小粒
600g 四季豆或豆角,洗净,切小粒
600g 韭菜花,洗净,切小粒
600g 芹菜,洗净,切小粒
4大匙蒜蓉,适量盐调味
材料D (擂茶配料):
2大汤匙蒜蓉,8块豆干,切粒
500g菜脯碎,300g虾米,1kg花生,炒香,去皮膜
Ingredients A:
1kg rice, washed, soaked for 30 minutes, drain
1 tablespoon of oil, half teaspoon garlic
half teaspoon shallot puree, 1 tablespoon salt
Ingredients B (Leicha soup):
500g peanuts, saute, to film, 100g white sesame seeds, saute
200g mint leaves, 200g basil, 50g coriander
200g potatoes dish, regular tea, pepper and bitter grain leaf
Ingredients C (Leicha dish):
600g kale, washed, cut into small pieces
600g potato dishes, washed, cut small pieces
600g garlic, wash, chopped
600g green beans or long beans, washed and cut into small pieces
600g chives, washed, chopped
600g celery, washed and cut into small pieces
4 tablespoons garlic, salt to taste
Ingredients D (Leicha side dishes):
2 tablespoons garlic, 8 beancurd, diced
500g chopped dried radish, 300g shrimp, 1kg peanut (stir fried till fragrant, skin removed)
