PROGRESS REPORT 📋

October 27 2025 6ft 205lbs @ 31 years old :)

I quit drinking (for the first time) 9 years ago… and I wasn’t focused on making progress… I just wanted some alone time so I started hiking and running everyday. This turned into an hour of intense cardio every day for 2 years before I even picked up a weight.

When I did enter the gym, again, I wasn’t gains-focused. I was just learned to enjoy a pump the way I learned to enjoy some endorphins from cardio. I was getting high on serotonin.

The progress I made in these years amounted to trimming the fat mentally and physically… I didn’t pack on a ton of muscle… and I was in and out of sobriety.

When I got sober for the last time 5 years ago I got serious about the gym. About 3-4 years ago I jumped on my current program, and this is where I made the bulk of my strength/aesthetic progress 💪.
