The Empty Man (2020) - Horror Movie Recap, Spiritual Frequency Explored

Are there cosmic frequencies that permeate all of space and history!? Hopefully we'll get some answers in this horror movie recap of The Empty Man. Released in 2020, The Empty Man is an adaptation of a graphic novel by the same name. In it, an ex-cop attempts to help a friend by searching for her missing daughter. In the course of his investigation he finds unfolding mysteries about unexpected violence and disappearances plaguing their small town.

As he dives deeper into examining the Pontifex Institute, and learns about the concept of psychic manifestation through a technique called thoughtform, things begin to come together. Until the investigation, it seems, begins to circle back on him. Then he finds himself in a race to determine what is going on and what roles all the major players hold in this grand mystery that seems to underlie everything around him.

10-Minute Movies is a series that takes a speedy tour of all your favorite horror films with a humorous tone, hoping to cram in all the pieces necessary to explore the movie in approximately ten minutes. Hopefully a good horror story will have more than five to ten minutes of action and suspense.
