Pimp your Transformers! I forgot to mention the options for secondary weapon and ability for the commander and warrior class so I listed them below:

Commander Secondary Weapons: Assault Rifle, Heavy Battle Pistol, Double Rocket Launcher

Commander Secondary Abilities: Heal, Disruption, Damage Booster

Warrior Secondary Weapons: Heavy Machine Gun, Grenade Launcher, Heavy Shotgun

Warrior Secondary Abilities: Omni Rocket Barrage, Guided Missile, Grenade Blossom
