Nanette started off consulting for Fortune 100 companies and eventually found her niche in the AEC industries because she saw a void that needed to be filled. After recognizing that the baby boomer owners and CEOs were going to be retiring from these industries by 2030 with no succession strategies, she quickly pivoted to help these blue collar business owners develop leaders from within.
