The first ever lightsaber video game was released 40 years ago. Lightsabers appear in over 40 video games since then.

In this video, I’ll be taking a look at the evolution of the lightsaber in video games. I won't cover every video game with a lightsaber, because most lightsaber games treat lightsabers like a glowing snooker cue. But I will talk about each time something interesting and new happened in the world of Star Wars games. Enjoy!
