In order to create a more immersive experience, our team was tasked with making over one hundred linear feet of Egyptian limestone rockwork for the HMNS King Tut's Tomb Discovery Experience exhibition.

Our talented foam sculptors start with a rough form and layout of the exhibit, then proceed to hand-sculpt the foam adding texture and other geological features specific to limestone. From there our paint & finish team hard-coats the entire surface, sands and refines details, and finally paints multiple layers of colors to add depth and extra details to the foam. The final product is a section of replica limestone that blends perfectly into the printed backdrop of the exhibit.
