DIY Hair Toner for Brassy yellow/orange Hair - Explained | Using Manic Panic

Hey! Beautifuls!!

So in this video I'm going to explain how I tone my hair using a white conditioner and Manic Panic semi-permanent hair color to get rid of yellow and orange brassy tones. I'll explain the different levels of brassiness in your hair, and which shade of Toner I would use neutralize brassy tones. As always... test a small piece first before applying all over to make sure you don't have any sensitivity and that you like the color it tones to.
